Tsinghua University intends to withdraw you from the University. Due to difficulty in contacting you and delivering the notice, we make an announcement as follows，which shall be deemed to have been served ten working days from the date of issuance of this announcement.

CARLOS ** has failed to complete the registration procedure within two weeks of the prescribed time without applying for leave. According to Subparagraph 8 of Article 32 of Regulations on Postgraduate Student Status Management of Tsinghua University, CARLOS ** will be withdrawn from the University.
If there are any objections, CARLOS ** can submit a written defense to the postgraduate management office of School of Social Sciences within 5 working days of the receipt of this notice.
The written defense materials can be sent to email address iisws@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn or delivered to Room 315 of Ming Zhai Building, Tsinghua University.
