Introduction
Jar-der LUO (罗家德) is Professor of Sociology. He received his Ph.D. in Sociology from Stony Brook University (SUNY) in 1993. Professor Luo’s current research interests include the theories of guanxi circle, self-organization process, community revitalization, organizational social capital, etc. Professor Luo has published widely in oversea and domestic academic journals. He also published books such as The Chinese Trust Game, Social Network Analysis (Social Sciences Academic Press, 2007), etc. Professor Luo is also Dean of the Research Center of Social Network, Tsinghua University, Dean of the Community Revitalization Research Center in the School of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University, Chair of the Council of Professional Committee of Social Network and Social Capital Studies, Chinese Sociological Association, and Part-time Professor of School of Business, Renmin University of China.
