关于予以退学处理决定的公告

杜*同学：

清华大学已对您作出予以退学处理的决定。由于难于联系到您，无法直接送达本决定，特予公告送达。自本公告发出之日起，满十个工作日，即视为送达。公告内容如下：

杜*，男，社科学院2012级硕士研究生，学号2012280289。

杜*在未向学校履行任何请假手续的情况下，逾期两周未注册。鉴于以上事实，根据《清华大学研究生学籍管理规定》（清校发【2019】49号）》第三十二条第8项的规定，经2026年6月8日教务长办公会讨论通过，决定予以杜*退学处理.

杜*如对以上处理决定有异议，可以在本处理决定送达之日起十日内，向清华大学学生申诉处理委员会提出书面申诉。

The Announcement of Decision on the Withdrawal of a postgraduate student

Tsinghua University has made the decision to withdraw you from the university. Due to difficulty in contacting you and delivering the decision, we make an announcement as follows，which shall be deemed to have been served ten working days from the date of issuance of this announcement.

Mr. CARLOS, Male, Master’s student, ID:2012280289, School of Social Sciences.

Mr. CARLOS has failed to complete the registration procedure within two weeks of the prescribed time without applying for leave. In view of the above facts, according to Subparagraph 8 of Article 32 of Regulations on Postgraduate Student Status Management of Tsinghua University, Mr. CARLOS will be withdrawn from the University.

If there are any objections, Mr. CARLOS may appeal to the Student Appeal Committee of Tsinghua University within 10 days of the receipt of this notice.
